Unfortunately, we had to put my company through the process of liquidation. As Director of Ltd Company, I sought the help of Griffin & King and namely Janet Peacock was recommended to me by others. I have to say that Janet has been exceptional, she has been so, so on the ball, When Janet asked us for certain documentation, and we may have omitted returning something, she was on it, another email asking for this information. Also, I would send questions as I thought of them, at say, out of office hours and quite often get a response back immediately, even though I would not expect a reply until working hours. I was starting to think that Janet must be working 24hrs 7 Days per week. Janet has been very conscientious and professional, and I would highly recommend this company should anyone else have to go through the difficult decision of insolvency.
